Immediately after the Sichuan earthquake hit, the Ctrip crisis management team contacted Ctrip customers in Sichuan to confirm their safety. We've also activated the Ctrip Major Natural Disasters Tourist Assistance Fund to provide compensation to Ctrip customers affected by the quake. Ctrip customers who were scheduled to depart from, arrive at or transfer from at Chengdu Shuangliu Airport within 36 hours of the earthquake can receive full refunds.
